This Ability can be acquired by participating in a Quest or using the Stelciar Human Illusion potion
Only adult Stelciar can have this trait

These Stelciar have gained the ability to manipulate their fire to shapeshift into a human form to interact with an inhuman world. They can also shapeshift their fire into other simple shapes when they want. Stelciar might use their shapeshift illusion to intimidate the Void in a fight.

They will appear like an ordinary human to other humans. Only their eyes will retain their distinct four-pointed star pupils and they will have hair the same color as their fur
